About Your Job:
This exciting opportunity has arisen in the Food & Beverage service department of the Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC). You will be in charge of establishing excellent client relationship ensuring professional services and trains and develops staff to ensure higher productivity. The Unit Manager is in charge of the overall management of the operations of the multiple Food & Beverage sites.
You will be responsible for
implementing all policies and procedures of QACC and also interfacing with
department heads and multiple stakeholders in the unit. You will be in charge
of monitoring the financial aspect of the units as well as by achieving the
objectives which have been previously set. Also, you will be responsible
for the commercial follow up of the project by exploring new opportunities and
establish contract with new clients.
About You:
In order to be suitable for
this role, you would possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel
Management or in a similar field. You would have a minimum of 4 years of job
related experience as a Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager. You
would be a natural leader, with excellent communication as well as computer
skills.
