About the Job:

As a Cargo System Processes and Policies Officer you will be responsible to review in reviewing current Cargo processes and practices and establish corporate and cargo procedures and policies. You will propose an efficient work methods ensuring compliance to existing corporate, industry and cargo policies and procedures.  You will be responsible in ensuring that documented information are current and accurate in adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards. 


Accountabilities :

·         Keep abreast with updates on Cargo related circulars, procedures and guidelines.
·         Identify inconsistencies in written as well as work processes and highlight to Manager Cargo System Processes and Policies such finding.
·         Coordinate with other Cargo department proposed changes in current wok methods and practices.
·         Ensure cargo manuals are updated, current, accurate and readily available.
Process Improvements
·         Coordinate process related KPI results and other performance reports.
·         Monitor compliance to establish policies , procedures , guidelines and performance standards.
·         Summarize recommendation to streamline current workflow and come up with more efficient processes .
·         Provide assistance and support to the Manager Cargo System Processes and Policies.



About You:

You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of working experience in an airline industry . You should have sound understanding on how to implement new formulated process/procedures manual, and complete an integrated automation and procedures manual. You should have a good understanding of formulating policy and procedure methods. You will need to have advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, work, power point) and must have good command of written and spoken English.  

You should be able to manage and lead projects, have good presentation skills and should have the ability to delegate work, set clear directions and manage workflow. You should have exposure to “policy & procedure writings” and “process – auditing”.
