Key responsibilities:
- Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, do bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and/or obtain details of complaints.
- Converts calls to sales.
- Meets the monthly targets in terms of;
- Revenue
- Ancillary
- Quality
- Ensures maximum level of productivity, punctuality and flexibility.
- Understands the real Call Centre concept activities & work in achieving it.
- Manages and resolves customer complaints.
- Identifies and escalates priority issues from customers.
- Conducts follow up customer calls where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in related filled.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Arabic & English language is essential. (i.e. candidate should speak both Arabic & English)
